Wally Shaw passed away at 3:30 AM on February 6, 2014. He was surrounded by his mom, sister, his entire immediate family, Michelle Benner Rose, Julia Lopez Wright, Terri Marks Faulkenburg, Joe Neary, Dick Dew, and his best friend Steve Benner. He didn't go alone.... And he knew it!
Many knew Wally as the fun loving party animal in high school but many of you also knew him at Kingsbury Elementary or Kesling too. Wally was kind, honest, creative, athletic, loyal, artistic, funny and very intelligent. He received many, many cards from you guys the last few months of his life and he enjoyed (and was proud of) each and every one. It made his final months much more tolerable.

Wally will be missed by his family, friends and his old schoolmates from the LPHS Class of 1984!
