David L. Zook, 51 Years, of La Porte, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at his home.

David was born in La Porte, IN, on January 13, 1966 to Glen Alfred and Phyllis Irene (Anderson) Zook.

Surviving are his beloved sister, Linda L. (Jerry) Witt of La Porte; brother, Glen E. (Carolyn) Zook of Richardson, TX; 5 nieces; 1 nephew; 3 great nieces; 2 great nephews; and 2 great, great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

David worked as a graphic artist and writer. He was in the Star Trek Modelers Club. He was also an avid Sci-Fi Collector, artist, and loved music.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.

A private family service was held.
